In our facilities we offer the technical service for rubber cylinders. This service includes the pressing, grinding and berkolising of any kind of rubber cylinders. We are equipped with presses (for rubber cylinders of flyers/combers – spinning frames/Open End/Vortex) and a Berkol grinding machine.

We have also a berkolizer, its use is to prevent tangles/wicks in the rubber cylinders. Their use is mostly applicable to rubber cylinders working with blended yarns/wicks (polyester, viscose, etc.) and on Vortex spinning machines.

We have a permanent stock of ring travellers, paraffin rings and accessories. At our stock we habe Bräcker nylon and steel travellers, Saphir and Pyrit, as well as cleaning and cutting tools Bräcker.
We also have a vast stock of Reseda-Binder paraffin rings with different hardnesses for winders (Murata, Schlafhorst and Savio), Open End (Rieter, Schlafhorst and Savio) and Murata spinning machines.
